Viura
This wine has fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Afterwards, it has been aged for 3 months in oak barrels with a long, soft toasting, enriched with the subtle aromas of the wood and the ageing on its fine lees.
Pale yellow colour with greenish reflections.
Its nose is surprising for the intensity of ripe fruit, resembling apple, pear, a hint of banana and refreshing citrus notes. It also shows white flowers, with sweet, honeyed aromas, which fit perfectly with its gentle ageing. In the mouth it is refreshing, perfumed, enveloping, with a long finish.
In the production of this wine, we have used our best Viura plots.
We have selected them balancing freshness and ripeness and ensuring perfect health; so that their grapes provide us with an aromatic wine, with just the right amount of acidity.
Fantastic for appetizers. It also succeeds in classic harmonies such as grilled white fish and seafood, as well as dishes based on vegetables, fish in sauce, and white meats.
