Viura and Tempranillo
Made with Viura and Tempranillo.
These grapes have been cold macerated for a few hours to obtain a must with the desired colour, aroma and structure. Afterwards, it was obtained by bleeding. Once this must was clean, it has been slowly and gently fermented, at a low temperature, to obtain a fragrant and persistent wine.
Pale and delicate pink colour.
Intense, exuberant nose, overflowing with tropical fruits like pineapple; citrus fruits like grapefruit or lime; also fresh stone fruits like apricot or cherry; not forgetting subtle classic notes of blackberry and raspberry. Mouth with vibrant texture and acidic freshness that extends the echo of this wine.
