Manual harvest.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, around 25°C. Maceration for approximately 12 days. This wine has been aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels, with American oak dominating over French. It completes its aging for a minimum period of 6 months in bottle.
Cherry red colour, with good intensity, lively with golden glints. Clean and bright.
Clean and bright. The nose is perfumed with notes of fruit, on a background of toasted wood and soft aromas of vanilla, coconut, and spices.

Plots with irregular topography and orientation result in diverse microclimates. Each vintage, the plots that will produce this wine are selected.
