Balanced, bright and deep, with a long finish. A tribute to Félix Azpilicueta Martínez, whose roots trace back to 1881.

Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo

Between 20 and 30 days of fermentation at a constant temperature around 28-30°C.

Subsequently, the wine undergoes an aging process of 21 months in American and French oak barrels, in a proportion of 70-30%, respectively. Finally, it spends 20 months in the bottle before its release to the market.

Cherry red color. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit stand out.

On the palate, memories of cherry, plum, and blackberry emerge, wrapped in notes of vanilla and other spices. Refreshing and long.

More than 800 hectares of Azpilicueta vineyards in Fuenmayor.

Plots with irregular topography and orientation result in diverse microclimates. Each vintage, the plots that will produce this wine are selected.
