Complex and elegant wine, with a pale straw color, featuring citrus notes, flowers, and white fruit, as well as pastry, toasted aromas, and truffle. Ideally, it should be enjoyed slowly and with attention to detail.
Viura
Single varietal white wine.
Powerful, creamy, and voluminous, it harmoniously and elegantly balances freshness and maturity. The obtained musts ferment in barrels of American oak with a very soft and prolonged toasting. After alcoholic fermentation, part of the wine undergoes malolactic conversion in the barrel. Once the fermentations are complete, the wine continues aging in barrel on its fine lees for some months.
Pale, suggestive straw color.
A wine of great complexity and elegance, where notes of citrus blend with flowers and white fruit, accompanied by pastry, toasted hints, and truffle. Delightful on the palate with a length and creaminess worthy of being enjoyed with attention to detail.
The Azpilicueta vineyards in Fuenmayor, with irregular soils, topography, and orientation, give rise to a variety of ecosystems.
Each vintage, the plots that will produce the wine are selected.
Wine with a very broad harmony that pairs perfectly with ham, nuts, vegetables of all kinds, even with artichokes and asparagus, fish in sauce, and cheeses of all types.
