Brilliant, serious, and complex pink. Fruity, aromatic, and very versatile, perfect for all kinds of meals, from vegetables to meats.
Tempranillo and Viura
Rosé wine made from Tempranillo and Viura grapes.
The must is cold macerated for a few hours until it reaches the desired colour, aroma and texture and fermented in American oak barrels of soft toast. Alcoholic fermentation is followed by ageing in barrel, on its lees, for months giving great elegance, roundness, and length on the palate.
A very pale pink color, with a subtle coppery reflection.
On the nose, there is the elegant contribution of wood, integrated among the abundant red fruits and restrained floral nuances. Its palate is silky with a long finish.
The Azpilicueta vineyards in Fuenmayor, with irregular soils, topography, and orientation, give rise to a variety of ecosystems.
Each vintage, the plots that will produce the wine are selected.
Due to its aromatic complexity and magnificent palate, it is perfect for challenging harmonies: salads and vegetables; for surprising pairings: suckling lamb and suckling pig roasts; and for classic dishes: rice and pasta.

is working with nature: being able to encapsulate a landscape in a bottle.”
