A powerful, refreshing and very fruity wine, whose Tempranillo comes from organic vineyards in Alfaro, Rioja Oriental.
Tempranillo
Very expressive and varietal, it shows us the most characteristic features of Tempranillo.
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are destemmed, gently crushed, and transported by gravity to stainless steel tanks for subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature. During this fermentation, periodic pump-overs are carried out to extract color and aromas. The use of animal products is avoided throughout the process, making this wine suitable for vegan consumers.
Intense, with a vibrant red tone and violet reflections.
We find the fruit provided by Tempranillo: cherry, plum, blackberry, blueberry, as well as strawberry and raspberry, along with a herbal touch that makes it very refreshing. It is a powerful wine with a long finish on the palate.
The grape comes from organic vineyards in the Alfaro area, in Rioja Oriental.
It is a warm area with low precipitation and lower risk of diseases and pests. Therefore, it is the area where we have the most assured harvest and the guarantee that the grapes will be perfect. Currently, we have 40 hectares of organic vineyard, and we expect to reach 70 in the coming years.
