Tempranillo
This wine ferments at controlled temperature to enhance and maintain the fruit.
Once the alcoholic fermentation is completed, we proceed with the malolactic conversion, which in this wine takes place in new American oak barrels of soft toast. Afterwards, the wine is racked into single-use French oak barrels, where it remains for 5 months. After this step, all that remains is to bottle it and let it rest in the dimness and coolness of our cellar until labeling.
Of intense red color with violet reflections, very attractive.
On the nose, it is frank and expressive, black fruits predominate, such as blueberries and blackberry, along with subtle notes of licorice. Aged in barrels, it brings out spicy aromas. On the palate, it is fresh and agile, with a smooth entry and a long finish.

Made with grapes coming from 16 vineyards in the towns of San Asensio and Huércanos, viticultural areas located in Rioja Alta, very close to Fuenmayor.
Fantastic by the glass. It is also fantastic in classic harmonies, such as grilled white fish and seafood, but it also pairs well with vegetable dishes, fish in sauce and white meats.
